Summary
Izuku is orphaned at the age of four and is sent into the Japanese Foster Care System. After multiple failed attempts at finding a forever home and some unfortunate circumstance, he ends up on the streets. Eventually, the vigilante, Deku appears. By the time he was 18 the group had no other use for him and dumped him back on the street. He eventually finds a hotel and is able to get a room so he can come up with another plan to survive.
Will he survive? No education, understanding of what it means to be omega, and now completely alone. Until he meets the hotel owners Katsuki and Eijiro.

When they get their licenses, this is indicated by a seemingly innocuous arrow typed after their names, playfully known as Death Daggers by those who have them, and almost completely unknown by those who don't.
Shouta Aizawa has a death dagger on his license on account of it only being logical to have all options available to him if he needs them, so he knows what someone has to do to get that mark.

When everyone found out that Izuku was quirkless, Katsuki was furious… at first. The two fell out, yeah, but it only lasted a few months.
When Katsuki saw some of those extras that followed him attacking Deku, HIS Deku, he snapped. His body moved on its own, and he found himself punching, screaming, and blasting them until they ran off. Izuku looked up with tears streaming down his face, shocked.
Katsuki placed a hand on his knee as he bent down to help Izuku up. “Don’t listen to a word they say, Deku. You’re still gonna be a hero. I’ll make sure of it.” Katsuki pulled the smaller boy up before lightly punching his arm. “Not as good as me, obviously. You can settle for number two.”
Izuku giggled wetly and hesitantly countered, “We’ll see, Kachan. If you’re helping me, then I’ll surpass even you someday!”
Katsuki scoffed and led the way back to his house. “Yeah, I’d like to see you try!”

When Izuku's quirk comes in, he expects it to be heat and sparks like Kacchans, or maybe he'll suddenly show up to school with cool red wings like Tsubasa-kun. He expects to be finally able to play with Kacchan on the playground. He expects that he'll be the best hero. The next Number One Hero! The next All Might!
He doesn't expect to be pulled out of school so that he can learn how to adjust to his new quirk. He doesn't expect Kacchan to start singing his shirts when Izuku refuses to speak to him (Kacchan never notices how Izuku just. Stopped. Talking). He doesn't expect to have scars across his cheeks and nose from a muzzle.
He certainly doesn't expect for his quirk to come with the order of, "Speech is prohibited."
