Summary
Therapy isn't working out for Tim (possibly because he has like, way too many issues), so Dinah suggests he try music therapy instead. This turns out to be such a good idea he drafts it to his team and suddenly he's moonlighting as a rock singer in a band that's rising in popularity. Maintaining a new "secret" identity is easy enough, and he's having a lot of fun!
Unfortunately for Tim, it seems he's a bit TOO good at the secret identity thing, because his family doesn't seem to realize that it's him.
Ugh, this is just proving his point.

Or: When Tim is 11 he figures it’s not hurting anyone if he. Ya know. Takes a picture in the Batmobile. But then the power goes to his head and all of a sudden he’s hacking the Batmobile and tearing through Gotham on a rescue mission.

The next switch happens during English in the following days. One moment, sixteen-year-old Yaoyorozu is dutifully reciting a passage for the class, and then Momo is there, dressed in a stylish pantsuit and holding a stack of papers, reaching for a phone that isn’t there as her eyes scan the meeting discussion points. Her hand smacks against Shinsou’s arm.
“Ow,” says Shinsou, more out of reflex than any actual pain.
Momo drops the papers. “Not now—I have a meeting in five minutes!”
On a mission, ten or so years into the future, a few members of Class A arrest a villain with a time travel quirk. They switch places with their younger selves one at a time.
It is very inconvenient.

Summary
When Izuku catches himself staring at Shinsou a little too obviously while drunk at a party with their friends, he panics and suggests testing out how well Shinsou's quirk works with alcohol involved. It sends Izuku to the previous wielders of One For All, who are very excited by the opportunity to hear all about his crush and talk to him without the pretext of the world ending.
Except there may be more side effects of alcohol on Shinsou's quirk than Izuku notices, and it might not just be the vestiges who can hear what Izuku is saying.

Midoriya of Class 1-A is a maniac who will try to befriend anyone and everyone. He collects sour-tempered and battered children like Pokémon; see: Shinsou, Todoroki, and Bakugou.
Is there anyone Midoriya won’t try to befriend?
An eldritch horror with thirteen tentacles, too many eyes, and six rows of razor-sharp teeth may just put that to the test.
