Danny sighed, shifting uncomfortably in his bindings. “The containment field is way too unstable. I can feel the interference from here. And the capacitor over there? It’s misaligned. If you actually fired that thing, it’d blow up in your face. Assuming you could even get it to power up, which you can’t, because your wiring’s a mess. The targeting system? It’s way off. I bet you couldn’t hit me if I was standing still. And the coolant system—wait, do you have a coolant system? Because that thing’s about five seconds from overheating.”

Summary
Katsuki Bakugou had a particular talent for identifying anyone he perceived as competition, and for reasons Izuku had never fully understood, Katsuki had decided within their first month of freshman year that Izuku qualified. They'd met at some dorm mixer, been introduced through mutual friends, and within ten minutes had been locked in an argument about something Izuku couldn't even remember now. What he did remember was the way Katsuki's eyes had narrowed, assessing and dismissive all at once, and the way he'd said,
"You're one of those people who thinks reading books makes you smart."
Izuku had responded, "You're one of those people who thinks being loud makes you right."
It had gone downhill from there.
Or, Izuku Midoriya gets stuck in a psychology project with his apparent sworn-enemy Katsuki Bakugou. Turns out his Psychology Major really doesn't help when applied in real life.

Seeing his friends again is a breath of fresh air and meeting an attractive dude on his flight that happens to be attending the same university him was certainly a bonus.
With Scar adapting to the differences between America and England, and Grian finally feeling at home after ten years, the two grow close.

SHACHI!” Somewhere else in the ship, echoing down the metal corridors, they hear the young man’s startled shriek, presumably as the- Tang? Ghost of the Tang? Talks directly to him. “Yes you, stop screaming, it’s only me- stop leaving your dirty clothes lying about! Don’t you know how much bacteria can generate from just a single smelly sock? Captain is quite particular about such things, as you good and well know-!”
“...Ikkaku,” Law mutters, while the voice abruptly drops in volume a second time - they can still hear the echo of it, elsewhere, presumably continuing to fuss at Shachi, but it’s no longer talking in two places at once. “Our ship talks.”
