“Oh, that’s easy.” His hand twisted a knob, and the notes came out sharper. “It is infected—Petrova Line and everything.”
In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian. To the rest of the Petrova Taskforce, it seems a bit odd that their resident Astrophage expert has suddenly taken to carrying a keyboard around and playing it whenever he speaks. Eva Stratt resolves to figure out what is going on.

Summary
Catra auditions for the role of the new antagonist in the hit teen drama show, Wolf Spring. She draws on every bit of anger, hurt and betrayal that still sits heavy in her chest, and she grabs the role easily. The catch? Adora plays the main character. Their troubled childhood looms over them, and Catra is unwilling to even talk to Adora. Because after all, Adora was the one to betray her so many years ago.
Adora does not expect to walk into the audition room to see Catra right there, after so many years. Even more confusing is still having no idea what she really did to make Catra hate her so much. Adora is happy for her, getting the role. But Catra is infuriating, and just as their characters are at each other's throats, so are they.
When season 5 of Wolf Spring airs, they are all caught off guard by the instant popularity of not only Catra, but the relationship between her character and Adora's. Media, paparazzi and crazy fans shipping them and their characters make a complicated situation even more so.

“We’re the Anti-Student Government Student Government Club,” Ash declares. “It's officially called The Regime because they wouldn’t let us officially register as 'Anti-Student Government,' which is a ridiculous rule they made up just for us.”
“Well,” Tubbo says slowly. “I can’t imagine they’ve ever really had someone try to do that before.”
“Exactly.” Ash nods in a satisfied sort of way, as if Tubbo has just proved his argument. “Nobody else is doing it like us. We’re the first and the best.”
“I see,” Tubbo lies with an impressively straight face. He’s not really sure if he’s supposed to laugh, because conceptually it's utterly comical but Ash seems so equally deadpan and confident in everything he’s saying that it makes it hard not to take him seriously. Admittedly, Ash tends to have this sort of first impression on people. Also second, third, and occasionally fourth.
Either way, Tubbo thinks, that all sounds like none of his business.

This is classic mutual pining with a sci-fi twist, inspired by all of my favorite stories about the nature of personhood.

“You–” Ed was struggling to parse what Stede was saying. “You’re playing your version of this song for me, right now? Like, in real time?”“Yes, Edward, that’s correct,” said Stede softly.
Ed’s brain momentarily seized up. He supposed it made sense that Stede was capable of learning a set of rules to do something like arrange and play a piece of music. There was something unnerving about this song, though. It felt, well–it felt organic . Reactive. Almost collaborative in a way. Ed was lost in the push and pull of it, until the last notes softly petered out.
“So, what did you think?” asked Stede. It sounded nervous again. Why the hell would someone program an anxiety response into a bot?

There is a strong scent of antiseptic in the air, the kind that always haunts hospitals and morgues. Ilya thinks it is fitting. He thinks, perhaps, that some vital organ of his is failing irreparably, and he is only waiting for a doctor to call out his time of death.
“You have lost your memories.” It’s not a question. Ilya’s burning hand drops from Shane’s cheek.
“Yeah,” Shane says easily. “Wait, shit, did no one tell you?”
“Is it temporary.” Ilya’s voice is hoarse, pleading. “This memory loss, is it… tell me that it is temporary.” Please, please, God. I know I promised to give anything up, but-
Shane looks at Ilya with wide eyes. “They don’t know,” he says gently. He seems to be catching onto Ilya’s distress despite the drugs in his system.
Ilya feels cold all over. Yes, any moment now, they will cover him with a white sheet and take him away.
Shane's concussion in S01E05 leaves him missing his memories from the last decade. Ilya is now the only person in the world who knows the truth about him and Shane, and is forced to question whether to burden Shane with their complicated relationship or to walk away.
