Summary
After his disastrous U. A. High School Entrance Exam leaves him forced to walk with a cane for the rest of his life as well as a newfound hatred for All Might and heroes in general, Izuku Midoriya found himself adrift, broken, and embittered, searching desperately for a new dream to chase now that his long-held dream of being a hero was dead and buried.
Then, one day, Izuku catches sight of a meteorite crashing on Dagobah Beach. Deciding to take the meteorite back to his apartment as a souvenir, Izuku is given the surprise of his life when an inky black sludge emerges, latches onto, and merges with him, changing his life and the world forever...
Alone, they were losers, less than nothing. But, together, they will become something more. Something greater. A powerful force of nature with terrifying strength and a monstrous appearance. A Symbol of Vengeance and deadly poison to all those foolish enough to stand against them.

Summary
Merpeople used to rule the ocean, living happily amongst the ocean life and celebrating their life in the sea. Merpeople are also ideal hunters and one you could consider the top of the food chain in the ocean. That was until the Symbiotes were discovered.
Symbiotes are a specific alienated breed of 'humanoids' that now rule the ocean, much larger than Merpeople with huge, clawed fingers, thick tails and sharp teeth. Sharks quiver at the sight of them. Symbiotes work in packs, and through the decades they have evolved to a diet of Merpeople. Those who stray too far from their colonies are considered dead, because the Symbiotes are always watching, always lurking in the deep.
Eddie Brock, however, is always curious. And curiosity may get you killed.
