Summary
After securing a Jedi and a Sith holocron of unknown knowledge from the Separatists, Anakin and Obi-wan are tasked from the Council to respond to a distress call in unknown space. Pulled in the space of the World Between Worlds plus accidental activation from both holocrons, the two Jedi are transported to alternate universes.
With visiting each alternate universe, Anakin and Obi-wan meet alternate versions of themselves (among others), learn possible future outcomes if they don’t stop the Sith threat in their original universe, and try to mend the relationship between the two of them to how it was before the Clone Wars, or possibly to something more, while all trying to find their way home to their prime universe.
(Recommend reading as I post chapters because this could be long.)

"You always wanted to do this Master. Denying it at this point in time when I grew up once more under your care is just plain hypocrisy," breathed out Anakin as he seductively posed on the bedspread of his former master.
Obi-wan swallowed hard and closed his blue-green eyes in contemplation; he knew his sexy, former padawan was correct. He wanted it the first time around and he absolutely will pursue this longing attachment the second chance he gets.
The elder Jedi opened his dilated eyes, blacken with arousal, and hoarsely answered his former charge, "Yes, I most certainly want this Anakin."
"Then come over here Master and let's kriff," said Anakin with a sideways grin as his former master tumbled into the bed unceremoniously, ravishing the younger man in earnest.
OR, Anakin de-ages with a heartfelt wish from a shooting star to reconnect to his master and he has to grow up once more under the tutelage of his former master, Obi-wan Kenobi, who he has a strained relationship due to the Rako Hardeen mission.

“Drinking for one, or two?” asked an Outer Rim voice behind the Jedi Master as Obi-wan sat at the bar, sipping his Noonian Fixer.
The auburn-haired man puffed a giggle, “Surprisingly, it’s for one at the moment, but I would be amendable to two, given the right type of company.”
The Jedi Master swiveled his stool, taking stock of the specimen behind him. Beginning from the black boots to the musculature hidden behind black leather pants upon their lengthy legs to the chiseled sinew for their chest and arms that was shied away by black leather tabards similar to the Jedi style. One hand was covered with a black glove while the other showcased bronze skin. Their dirty blonde-haired curls reached to the tips of their tanned ears; their jaw was portrayed in a sideways smirk while their golden irises blinked in a smug but adoring way.
His former padawan did have a point that he was looking for the one; he just didn’t expect it to be a Sith!

Distrusting the Jedi, Anakin runs away, not to be found. Obi-Wan is Knighted at 22, and shortly afterwards Qui-Gon Jinn leaves the Order. Ten years later, Knight Kenobi crash lands on a planet that shouldn't exist and finds a young man with greater Force sensitivity than anyone he’s ever seen.

Summary
It begins with a dream. And a whisper in the Force. There’s been a great disruption, somewhere at the outer reaches of the known galaxy. Obi-Wan and Anakin are sent to investigate. What happens out there will change everything; between themselves, the galaxy at large and the very balance of the Force itself. A fix-it, time travel fic of sorts where Anakin is his usual reckless, kind of possessive self and Obi-Wan is just trying his best, but he’s not used to all his damn feels. Together, they make one powerful team.
