“Honey, you have no idea.” Vox’s hand came up to caress Alastor’s cheek, gently guiding him closer.
“Trust me, Vincent,“ Before Vox could close the distance, his wrist was caught by Alastor’s tendril. “I do.”
Vox’s eyes widened as he was thrown into a building.
OR
Vox is led to believe he accidentally succeeded in killing Alastor and he absolutely loses his shit.

Kaito instantly gravitated towards Maki, who seemed to be being held captive in a conversation between Miu and Kiibo. Once Kaito arrived, she had an excuse to walk away, relieved to escape what seemed to be a quite vulgar conversation if the flustered look on Kiibo’s face said anything.
As he scanned the room, he realized something. Someone was missing. Ouma was missing.

Summary
Following their return from 1929, Lucifer has made the heart-wrenching decision to break it off with Alastor. Lucifer would rather spare his daughter the agony of explaining how he's left behind Lillith for the Radio Demon, in favor of breaking both his and Alastor's hearts.
Lucifer retreats to the darkness of a mind terrorized by a millennium of abandonment, while Alastor---gravely injured---makes a much more reckless decision.
“A deal,” Alastor rasped, the word tasting like ash. “The King is off-limits. The hotel... untouched. In exchange...” He swallowed hard, his voice barely a whisper through the distortion. “You take me—total wardship. My soul stays mine, but my... service... belongs to the Vees. You can parade me around your towers, display me in your windows... show the world you finally caught the beast.”

Summary
Every year, Alastor's demeanor changed in December. While still a surprise to most of the Hotel, they had come to accept this part of the Radio Demon.
Lucifer was not falling for it, not in the slightest. Alastor didn't do feelings. Not under any circumstance, not for any reason - unless it was to deceive, or manipulate. He had the sinner all figured out, he was certain of it.
If he had to spend the entirety of his and Charlie's festivities dispelling the charade, he would. Mark his words, Alastor would fall.

This fanfiction was based off of/inspired by Deetea's, Exposure therapy comic.
Alastor has a run-in with Vox. Vox says something that triggers Alastor. He proceeds to get wasted, lose his mind a little and gets tranquilized by Vaggi. With the alcohol and drug in his system his guards fall and he loses himself to his own self doubt and anxiety. Lucifer is there -unwillingly for the most part- to pick up the pieces. They're also locked in a room together.

The the first few chapters are set when Alastor first arrived in Hell, broken, alone, and addicted. That’s when he first found the Hazbin Hotel and became a guest there with Ivy. As Ivy grows up, everything starts falling apart, not that they weren’t already; his addictions worsen, and the hotel tries to help several times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but Alastor’s pride is high, so he begins to hide his struggles, both from the hotel and from his own daughter. situations just get worse and worse in Alastor’s life.. He has to fight with his own self worth, his pride, his past and his will to survive for his family and his daughter.

Summary
Coming to the conclusion that Valentino might have been drugging him with his venom for the past twelve years, Vox flees to the Hazbin Hotel to collect his thoughts. An injured Alastor is less-than-pleased to see him, but Vox begins remembering fragments of a past he didn't realise he'd forgotten and he's shocked to learn that he once had a very close relationship with his enemy.
The memories come to him faster and faster and soon, Vox realises just how much Valentino stole from him. Alastor isn't as carefully composed as he makes out and things quickly get complicated when past feelings resurface.
And then there's that whole mess with the chain around Alastor's neck. It turns out that the Radio Demon isn't as cold-hearted as everyone thinks, especially when it comes to a certain Television Demon.
