“Maybe…” Link said, not really considering it. The floor was cold-cold and he’d probably just slip around anyway. He looked at the floor and smiled, a sudden idea lighting up his face. “Hey Navi, watch this!”
Link bent his knees for better balance and pushed off the wall, zooming across the icy floor until he slammed into the wall right next to Navi."

halloween-cats on tumblr asked: I would like to request a fic set in between hunting palisman and hollow mind about Hunter and Luz having to work together for some reason. I'm imagining something with the vibes of the Eda and Lilith subplot in sense and insensitivity.
"“‘It’ll be a great gift,’ Eda said,” Luz grumbled, stomping down another thorny, dead bush in the middle of what, two hours ago, she had assumed was a path. “‘Stampeding Bluebells represent loyalty and endurance. Amity will love it!’ Eda said.” She tried to take another step forward but was jerked back by her cloak, which had unsurprisingly gotten caught on a thorny tree. “Ugh. ‘Also, King has a healer’s appointment so good luck on your own!’” Luz grabbed her cloak with both hands and tugged. The branch snapped, sending her crashing into the- you guessed it- thorny underbrush without even a second to catch herself."

“I need to try this on a broken bone,” Hyrule says, near breathlessly. “Whenever I heal my own bones they come out kinda wonky.”
"They what,” Warriors says, smile turning strained. Hyrule takes one of the man’s hands and presses it to his tunic, feeling the slightly misshapen ribs underneath that Hyrule hadn’t really known how to fix. He’d figured out the concept of setting bones pretty early on - through messy trial and error - but ribs were confusing in that regard. “Ooh, Nayru.”
“It’s a miracle that you’re alive,” Twilight informs him.
“Thank you,” Hyrule chirps.
Fairy magic isn’t meant to be used by Hylians, even if Hyrule’s somehow gotten the grasp of it. He’s also become the Chain’s healer and is unhappy about it. Warriors steps in to help.

After an injury benches Tim for a few months, he and Damian are forced to cohabitate until Tim recovers. Along the way Damian learns that there’s a lot he doesn’t understand about Tim Drake, starting with his total lack of self-preservation.

“Yes?” It isn’t that confusing of a declaration, is it? They did just go over this—they’re all named Link.
“You were a hero? Of the Four Sword?”
Four’s eyes narrow.
“I am a hero, yes. The Hero of the Four Sword. Is there something wrong with that?”
Legend blinks. “What? No, I just—” He stops abruptly. Shakes his head. “Sorry, never mind.”
Or: a chronicling of all the times Legend is weird around Four, and how the Chain finds out why.
