“You both really look quite alike, don’t you?” The statement was obvious to anyone with eyes, and it wasn’t as if this was the first time Urak was seeing him. Did he pay so little attention to his mother that the image of her vanished as soon as she was no longer in his sight?
“Don’t we?” Her arm was thrown around his waist, bringing them closer in a cutesy pose. Her tone totally changed when she was ‘entertaining’, warm and eager to please. Till simply rolled his eyes at the comment, wanting nothing more than to escape this uncomfortable situation. This was her work, a world he should have zero involvement with. Seeing the men was more than enough.

Lance becomes determined to unveil the writer and find out a) what is his problem exactly and b) does he really think Lance's eyes are that blue?

Robby glanced over. Whitaker was still facing the window, his hands twisted in the hem of his sweatshirt.
“If it’s got you this worked up, it must be important. I won't judge.”
Whitaker sighed. “I…I started dating someone. A guy. I met him on a dating app, and we’ve been together about a month.”
Robby hummed in acknowledgement. He didn't speak yet, waiting for Whitaker to continue.

“If it was me… I’d at least go for that dinner. But I’m not you. You need to do what’s best for you, Dennis.”
There it is again, his name from Robby’s mouth. It makes his attention linger, still staring at Robby’s face. Dennis is once again overwhelmed with the urge to just bury his face in Robby’s neck and pretend the world doesn’t exist, but that’s not the grown up thing to do. He squeezes his eyes shut for a second, rubs his temples with his fingertips as Robby continues, “Carry your patients with you as much or as little as you like. Find your balance. But remember that you’re human.”
Dennis opens his eyes to the countryside fading away and the city bleeding in. He knows Robby is right. That’s what he needs: balance.
In his last year of med school, Dennis learns to let go of the guilt that plagues him.

And then Lance glances down at Keith, who already looks fucking wrecked. He’s flushed and his head is leant against the floor. He’s gasping for breath and staring at Lance with wide, blown pupils and an open, shocked mouth.
“Lan-Lance. That was playing a bit unfair don’t you, don’t you think?” Keith stuttered out. And how hypocritical. Time for a bit of revenge.
So Lance leans in, really close to Keith’s ear, so his lips are grazing it, and he murmurs,
“I’ve been playing unfair? That’s a bit odd of you to say, after messing with me all day, strutting around in my fucking clothes, making out with me, grinding down on me and then cuddling up to me like nothing happened. Sitting in my room with my headphones.”
