Damian is aware that his beloved Richard is considered rather an attractive specimen and that there will inevitably be more than a few contenders for Grayson's hand.
Damian was however totally blindsided and totally disgusted to discover just how willing and open people are to share with the entire world their perverted fantasies about Nightwing and/or Richard Grayson on the internet. There is at least one entire website dedicated to "appreciating" Nightwing's posterior and posting photographs of it. (Bonus if it's revealed that Tim, Jason, Dick himself, a rogue or two, and/or someone else in their circle has provided some of the pics in the past.)
Not to mention this appalling new thing called "real person fanfiction" where people write the most depraved (and usually extremely implausible) scenarios under the guise of "fiction."
In any case, Damian is not going to take this discovery sitting down.

Following the massive death toll of the aftermath of the Great Plague public concern turned to the problem of how to correct the failing birth rate. Omegas, the rarer sex capable of bearing children who had been most harshly affected by the plague, could no longer stick with one or two partners and produce enough children for the country to survive. A new law was passed, the Reproductive Control Act stating that for the good of the nation an Omega must always be ready to breed with any Alpha that wants them. With the prescription of medication to keep Omegas permanently in Heat a happy, healthy freeuse society is formed. Omega Dick has his hands and holes full taking care of a house full of Alphas but will any of them ever fulfill his greatest desire; to have pups of his own?
