After the invasion the team blamed Nightwing for the debacle. Yes, Wally and Artemis didn't really die and Kaldur didn't really betray them but everything that Nightwing put them through? Unforgivable. They understand Robin's loyalty to his brother however but when 'Red Hood' accesses the Mountain with Batman's permission, heads are going to roll. After all, Red Hood wasn't allied with Batman when he left the planet and as far as the Team knew? Batman was still off-world.

A new drug hit the street. Fresh enough to not have an established name, but old enough to have a reputation. Fifteen dead in the last two weeks, seven to the drug itself, the remaining as the results of numerous psychotic, and violent rampages from those taking it.
The older members of Young Justice are sent undercover to investigate a club in Star City. Their key in the door is on the coat tails of Dick Grayson and his date Kory. Things fall apart when lingering feelings leave Dick drugged and he and Kory without back up.
Roy to the rescue, ending the night on a rather anticlimactic note for Dick and his redhead companions.
That night leads to the rest of the team to look at themselves a little more closely. Wally is forced on a road of self-realization, but realizes he might be a little too late.
Also, Garfield had a family before Megan and she doesn't know what to do with that information.

At this point, he just wants his family. He could care less about being a hero.
Things during the invasion don't go as planned. Donnie got stuck in the Technodrome, Raph never woke up after defeating his Krang infection, and Leo is stuck in the prison dimension. All Mikey wants is to get his family back, no matter the toll it takes on him. His brothers keep pulling hero moves and sacrificing themselves, so it's all he can do to pull one himself.
But he really wishes they would just stop.

No one's really been okay since the invasion ended. Artemis is back on the Team and back to school in Central City, M'gann and Connor are helping the Team stay afloat, Roy's quit the business to take care of Lian, and Dick has retreated back to Blüdhaven.
With all this, everyone can't help but notice how Kaldur's reacting to the last year of trauma, and to it finally being over.
Or, in better words, how he's not reacting.
(This is a story told through communications logs, security camera transcripts, and letters home that were never sent. It is a story about recovery and redemption, about heroes and what it really means to have sacrificed everything to save the world.)

In the aftermath of the Krang attack, all Donnie could focus on was Leo. With their resident medic down for the count, it was on him to make sure their brother didn’t succumb to his wounds. In the span of a few days, he had nearly lost two of his brothers, and Donatello would really rather not think about that, so taking on the medic role was a welcome excuse to ignore those pesky emotions. He really couldn’t afford for his vision to blur from tears, his hands to shake with nervousness, or his heart to beat an erratic rhythm against his plastron while he was busy stitching skin and resetting bones – so Donatello did the one thing he could think of at the time.
He selected his amygdala and zipped its file shut.
