Nux was supposed to die when the War Rig crashed. In fact, by all accounts he did. However, given the fact he just woke up in a strange house in Gastown, he suspects he did not, in fact, die. Meanwhile, Capable finds herself helping to steer the Wasteland's most powerful fortress towards a better system, mourning the loss of her friends and dealing with an incapacitated Furiosa. Slit would very much like everyone to fuck off so he can suffer in peace.
Somehow, these three sets of circumstances will start a revolution.

Lex Luthor thinks of life as a game of chess. Everyone around him are pieces to be moved, manipulated, controlled. He thinks through every move ten times before he makes it. Every piece's worth is considered carefully, and reevaluated when necessary. Now, Clark Kent, the reporter who keeps managing to interview Superman, might just be the most useful piece on the board.

Can’t make trouble this way.”PWP with some plot: Nux is trialling to get picked by a lancer. He does get picked by a lancer, only he gets more than he bargained for. He is also horribly ill-prepared for what this lancer considers an essential part of the process.
