“Shizun,” Ming Fan ventured cautiously, watching Shen Qingqiu stride ahead with the massive mirror slung across his shoulder like some deranged traveling peddler, “shouldn’t… shouldn’t we leave that object where it is?”
“And permit some other sect—or worse, passing opportunists—to claim it and put it to vile use? This Master would never allow such calamity to take root.”
Except, what came out of Shen Qingqiu's mouth was, “I need this mirror to beat Shang Qinghua over the head with it until he coughs up an explanation.”
…Wait...what?!
or: Shen Qingqiu accidentally falls under the curse of truth, leaving Liu Qingge to wonder if this is the day his shixiong has finally given in to madness.

Summary
Shen Yuan had long ago resigned himself to the fact that he had transmigrated into an unimportant NPC. Which is why he is very confused when he is cursed into being an old man by a mysterious cultivator.
Shen Yuan had never intended on adventuring in this life, because he knew the fate of nameless male characters who tried too hard to get involved in the plot, but he's going to have to at least try if he wants to break the curse. Or maybe he won't have to go too far. Afterall, everyone knows that the protagonist, Luo Binghe, is basically a cure-all when it comes to these things.
Moving into Luo Binghe's castle won't be as simple as it sounds, though. It will involve deals with strange demons, side characters who are not where they belong, and a growing concern that Luo Binghe might not be the best person to marry Shen Yuan's sister.
