The New God of Apokolipse would have his Devil at his side, the left hand of a god, The Justice League and all their cloying be damned. As for Superman the road not traveled is fading fast, it's now or never, no matter the strictures of command and the trauma that dictated the chasm between them. No more running, no more hiding, no more pushing each other away, as now they may be pulled apart forever beneath the wings of eagles.

    Batman is well known for his particular brand of bloody-minded determination, the kind that drags you through hell and back again. With Superman to help him do it this time, the possibilities are endless and in ways Bruce had never imagined. From Darkseid and Apokolipse, to Atrocious and all the violence inherent of pain, Hell is a place Bruce carries with him and leaves his footprints as echoes of ashfall.
    The main stories are A System of Eagles, Bull by The Horns, Full Stop, and Murphy's Law. The other installments are more like side elements that further flesh out the series world in general and may be considered ancillary arms of the main story line. I hadn't expected to end up making a series so those arms are difficult to place in order.

    Based on the plans for Zack Snyder's Justice League Parts II & III. I wanted to write this as an ending for the Detective Comics Extended Universe (DCEU). Several other characters from the DCEU show up as well. I'm not sure if Zack Snyder will ever see this but I hope he enjoys it. You can consider him as a spiritual co-writer since I took a lot from the original storyboard plans.
