Last year's Windblume had been wonderful. But a lot had happened since then, so Venti was content to enjoy this one. On the eve of the festival, however, he's surprised by a guest. It's unlike any of Liyue's Adepti to leave their nation, despite the closeness between Mondstat and the neighboring country. But here Ganyu is - with word regarding Xiao, of all people. Now, Venti's good at pretending, but even he would admit to having a soft spot for the Vigilant Yaksha. He has for centuries now. After all, he hasn't forgotten that night in the marsh. How could he?
So, of course he would offer his assistance. He (or the Traveler, for that matter) could call Xiao and he'd answer, but that wasn't the point. It wouldn't answer the question of where he was, or what he was doing. The adeptus kept his cards close to his chest, and getting him to talk about mundane things was extraordinarily difficult. Even if you were an Archon, like Zhongli or himself. All the same - where Xiao might be?

Summary
That’s got to be the weirdest looking dog Ajax has ever seen in his life.
At least, Ajax thinks it’s a dog. It’s got scraggly little ginger tufts of fur around the neck and a strip of wild fur running down the spine like a mohawk, ending in more bushy, fluffy fur bits sprouted at the end of the tail. There are also some sort of strange protrusions from its head, like antlers, or maybe tumours? Fuck if Ajax knows, he’s not a medical professional.
But even with his lack of medical knowledge, he knows the dog-thing is in bad shape; it’s so covered in dirt and blood that Ajax can’t even tell what colour it is beneath all that grime.

Summary
Dragons were creatures to be feared, merciless beasts driven only by bloodlust. Dragon Tamers were also driven mad, protecting the beasts even at cost of fellow humans' lives. Their genocide was justified; necessary for humanity's survival. At least, that's what the young price read in book of old. Little did he know, books he previously thought of as fictions held truth in their words.
The fear melted away seeing the creature in such a vulnerable state. Even if it wanted to, as the books spoke of the bloodthirst Dragons’ contained, it couldn’t muster much other than squirming and hissing at him. His brain fired up, confidence sprouting from the ebbed fear. “Childe.”
The Dragon’s expression shifted, eyes squinted for just a moment. A change so quick anyone normal would’ve missed it. He, however, was far from normal. Being trained from the moment he could speak to see even the slightest of emotions and harp on it.
“Childe.” He repeated, clearing his throat as he placed a gloved palm over his heart. A slight bow, mostly out of mock courtesy. “That’s who I am.”

Baz doesn’t have many things to complain about. He works in a good place, doing something he loves. He has good friends (who like to put him in the middle of their drama) and a good relationship with his family. But he knows something is missing. He knows that he wants to fall in love again or at least to meet someone who will make him forget about his first and only love.
It’s been seven years since school is over, and since then, Simon and Baz never saw each other again. But when their paths cross again some unsolved feelings appear, and they might (finally) realize they belong together.
