    A Stepmother is still a mother regardless of the lack of Blood.

    And Lilith Blight loves her children. This is common knowledge to anyone residing in the town of Bonesboroug. Emira is her pride. Edric is her joy. Amity is her heart. And they are just as much as hers as they are Alador's. Who happens to be her husband now.

    But what everyone really wants to know is how she's got there. Standing in the top right corner of the Blight family portrait, dressed in hues of purple and blue that were once reserved for Odalia Farechild. Holding her staff in her right hand and the other laying on her youngest's shoulder. She and her husband share a loving glance, and for once, all the children have genuine smiles.

    If "Clawthornes and Blights don't mix," then how in titan's name did she get there?

    Well... this is that story.

    Lilith Clawthorne is in the prime of her life at the sweet age of 19. Her spirit just as fiery as the curls of her red hair. She had a decent job in the Emperor's Coven, her sister is to join her soon, and she is deemed to be as beautiful as she is witty. Not to mention she has ambition, and nothing is to hold her back from joining the ranks of the Elite.

    Yet the Emperor asks her one thing she is not willing to give. Her hand in marriage.

    Her refusal is met with a disastrous end. The Emperor curses her sister, the one person she loves most. And Eda, being the wild witch she is, rebels from the coven system in response. Lilith reluctantly agrees when Belos offers to heal her. If she meets his standards, that is.

    And thus Lilith stands by his side, forever to be known as The First Empress. His empress. The mother of his child, his wife, and never is she anything else.

    She is his. And it is to stay that way as long as he lives.
