    Jimmy is a journalist who manages to catch a shot of the illusive super villain Speed Demon, thanks to his ability to turn invisible.

    Tango is a member of the villainous Reds who prides himself on his secrecy and ability to stay out of the public eye. That reputation is ruined when a clear image of him begins to circulate the media, thanks to an up and coming freelance journalist.
    He decides he wants to learn more about this Jimmy and tracks him down, only to find himself being interviewed.

    The other Reds find the whole situation hilarious and agree to give interviews of their own, taking the city by storm. Friendships are formed, and one may even turn into something more..

    “Ooooooooh.” Tango would be lying if he said that he didn’t let out a small giggle as both Ren and Impulse said that in unison.
    “So you want to learn how to braid hair?” Ren’s voice was ever so gentle, maybe because he wanted to spare Tango from embarrassment, maybe because it was like 6:30am at this point and he didn’t want to wake up their neighbours. Either option was valid here.

    "Jimmy." He growled, seething still, as he yanked a chunk of his firey hair out. It was supposed to be a gentle warning.

    "JIMMY."  Snarled Tango again.

    Tango, as his anger breakdown finally boiled over, grabbed Jimmy by the arm, pulling away from his grip before he took him and threw him into a wall as hard as he could.  His claws wraking down the others arm as he was launched into the wall, which he slammed into with a dull thud.

    Tango is a blaze/avian hybrid.

    His mother was a blaze hybrid and his father an avian.

    When Tango was born, people assumed he was just a blaze hybrid.

    His wings never came in, no feathers appeared/grew anywhere on his body to speak of, he just had his father’s bird like instincts (smushed together with his mom’s of course) and vocalizations.

    Tango is what is called a false hybrid [an hybrid who does not have physical attributes of their hybrid nature, instead only having the internal attributes (instincts and sometimes vocalizations)].

    He also decided not to tell anyone this information, not because he did not trust them or something.

    Far from it.

    He never told anyone because he thought it was not that important to tell.

    Tango cradled it like he saw Impulse had. It had a very strange weight to it. After all, it was very heavy for its size. And, if he stayed still enough, he could vaguely feel a small amount of movement.

    Almost like breathing.

    “You were the only person who could help,” Impulse whispered, his voice pathetically wet as he carefully pulled the blankets back.

    Tango tore his eyes away from Impulse, and onto the thing in the bundle.

    His heart dropped.
