Exposed. He feels awfully vulnerable, violated just from his physical existence being perceived. It was nauseating how they looked at him because he could tell. He could tell he looked wrong, he wasn't supposed to be looked at.
Or Taph loses his clothes and the other survivors do their best to substitute. (Every chapter is a different survivor helping).
Edit: this sounds a bit freaky but I promise it's not what it sounds like, losing his clothes means like his cloak gets ripped and he has to replace it and stuff 😭[Can be ready as platonic or ship.]

Elliot’s mouth closed and opened repeatedly, looking between the note, the baby, and then Two Time, before he finally said something.
“It’s yours.”
Shedletsky and Dusekkar’s head immediately snapped to the cultist, whose expression was a cocktail of shock and confusion, instantly walking closer to Elliot and snatching the note from him, they stared at it for a while, before a wide grin broke their face.
“Oh…” they began to laugh, a gleeful, manic thing, dropping the note and picking up the baby in its place, continuing to laugh as they spoke.
“Oh how the spawn has blessed me on this day! They even look so much like he did! A shame I didn’t get to name them myself…but Philighost…oh The Spawn blessed them with that name himself!” Two Time rambled and rambled, holding the baby like it was the most precious thing they’d ever seen, reverence in their eyes like when they prayed to their god.
Meanwhile, Elliot, Dusekkar and Shedletsky were all sharing the same thought.

This time it’s all of them. Guest doesn’t want to think about what that might mean. So he doesn’t. He bounces his leg up and down, the pommel of his boot thudding against the hard wooden floor over and over and over again, to the tune of Chance’s coin. Plink, plink, plink. Thud, thud, thud.
Fifty seconds. Sixty—a minute. Then seventy.
And then something snaps. And then 007n7 crumples to the ground in front of them like a puppet with its strings cut, breathing hoarse, half a scream dying in his throat. And then there is blood pooling around him.
Guest very suddenly cannot breathe.
Or; Injuries do not last in the Spectre's realm outside of phantom pains and aches. Until one does, and it's possibly the worst one that could've, just shy of a life-ending one.
