He’s sharing a condo. With House.
And as a man in his forties, employed as the head of the oncology department, James should easily be able to afford an apartment on his own.
Yet he lives with House, who is also a doctor and department head, respectively, and likely also gets paid the salary of a person leading a department. Meaning he could also comfortably live on his own.
Which would indicate that they chose to live together.
But there’s really no reason at all for James to live with another person, unless…
Unless he’s in a relationship with said person.
Or: James Wilson wakes up in the hospital, thinking he's happily married to Sam in the year 1990, only to learn that he is suffering from retrograde amnesia.
Turns out it's 2010, he's divorced thrice over and shares a condo with a man.
What follows is a sexuality crisis of epic proportions, Wilson trying to deal with sharing his space with House and coming to terms with the fact that maybe, just maybe, he's is in love with the obnoxious, grizzly man.
And then his memories return.
James Wilson is utterly fucked.

Buck recognizes that Eddie is struggling and he wants to help, but Eddie isn't open to it - so Buck devises a plan. How hard could it be to be there for his best friend? Turns out it's near impossible when said best friend is stubborn and set on going it alone.

Buck can do that for him: show Eddie how he sees him. Make him start to put those self doubts away. Buck’s working on himself and he’s doing ok at it so he’s sure that Eddie can do better, because Eddie is the better man.

Dean’s sitting at the kitchen table with Sam when his phone rings. Jody’s name flashes across the screen and he considers not picking up. It’s not like Dean doesn’t want to talk to Jody, it's just that he can’t bear talking to anyone these days.
“Hi, Jody,” Sam says.
“Howdy, boys.” She asks them to take over a case. Something about werewolves. Dean doubts they will, Sam hasn’t let him pick up a gun in months, not since their last hunt.
Jody’s voice cuts through the phone. “Alright, if you boys don’t wanna take the case, I’ll see if Castiel will, but I think he’s helping Claire in Colorado–”
Dean doesn’t hear a damn thing after that, and by the looks of it, Sam doesn’t either. For the first time in days, Dean opens his mouth and speaks. “Cas is alive?”
Jody’s voice is quiet on the other end. “He didn’t tell you?”

Post-canon. Crowley and Aziraphale are enjoying their retirement in their cottage in the South Downs and in particular, this late spring evening out in the garden. They've been taking it slow in their relationship but they are in one.
As conversation continues, slightly inebriated, a few things are revealed, such as Aziraphale's inability to think others might find him worth looking at, in lust or even just appreciation. Crowley tries to set the record straight, which for some reason ends up involving dancing.
