Summary
This is an AU in which the elemental countries are modern nation-states locked into an uneasy regional standoff. Sakura, Naruto, and Sasuke (and others!) meet at a summer camp as children, and later end up working both to create a more lasting peace and to move their country away from a clan-based oligarchy toward a true democracy. Or something like that. I was just trying to write a 'camp counselors at a lake' thing, but the sociopolitical background took me hostage and ran away with my writing mojo. *wry*

Summary
The Narutostuck world is a fusion wherein I have jammed Homestuck characters into the Naruto universe and am pretending they were always there. Basically the Land of Space (Uchuu no Kuni) lies to the west of the Land of Wind (Kaze no Kuni), separated by a great desert; its capital is the village of Hidden Time (Kouingakure no Sato). For the past century or two, it has been a totalitarian dystopia ruled by the Condesce and engaged in an endless war of conquest on the continent across the western sea. Recently, however, a rebellion led by the Sufferer succeeded in overthrowing her and establishing a new social order in which discrimination against humans and discrimination by blood caste are officially outlawed.
Meanwhile, over in the Elemental Countries, the plot of Naruto has reached some sort of good-guys-win conclusion and now the people on both sides of the desert are tentatively trying to establish some kind of normal diplomatic and trade relations... but the Condesce and her chief supporters were never caught, and are still seeking to restore their rule.

Summary
This series consists of two novels (the second currently unfinished) and several sidefics in the same AU continuity. The core idea is that when Naruto moves into his own apartment, the Third Hokage asks Ayakawa Yukiko, the building's owner and manager, to look after him rather than leaving him completely on his own. Yukiko is a mostly retired ninja until Naruto catalyzes her to change her life. Then those changes snowball out to other parts of Konoha.
ETA, 3/2/19: And we're back in business, with chapter 17 of "Guardian" now up! With a bit of luck, brickspace life will continue to be manageable and I'll get another two or three chapters done this year. :)

Fandom: Chronicles of Narnia - C. S. Lewis
05 Sep 2018
Summary
The continuing adventures of Shezan Tolkheera and Ilgamuth Tarkaan, because Calormen is just as valid a part of the Narnian world as Narnia itself.
Eventually this should include three main stories -- "Out of Season," "To Every Thing There Is a Season," and "A Change of Season" -- plus occasional sidefics.

Summary
This is a collection of stories set in the alpha timeline. They all share continuity, which is probably most obvious in the idea of Jade, Dave, and Rose having been friends, lovers, and co-conspirators for several years before Jade's death, but they are organized by writing date rather than any attempt at internal chronological order. Additionally, they are all fluffy (for certain values of fluff), because even a dystopian timeline cannot have been unrelentingly awful, and I strongly believe in the Power of Friendship.
So, yeah. Alpha Timeline Fluff. Like it says on the tin. :)

Summary
This is a humanstuck urban fantasy AU -- except it's set in small-town New York, near the Susquehanna River, so I guess rural fantasy would be a better description. Anyway, the root story is about Aradia Megido attempting to resurrect her older sister Damara several months after Damara's suicide. She doesn't really expect the spell to work... but then it does, and they both have to deal with the consequences.

Jewelstuck by Elizabeth Culmer (edenfalling)
Fandom: Black Jewels - Anne Bishop, Homestuck
12 Mar 2016
Summary
This is a Homestuck/Black Jewels crossover fusion. Basically, I have shoved a bunch of Black Jewels world-building into the standard Homestuck setting. The beta kids are now Blood -- they have Jewels and castes and so on -- and this ability to touch the Darkness and use Craft interacts oddly with Sburb and paradox space. Dave and Dirk are Eyrien, because wings; Rose and Roxy are Dea al Mon, because dangerous women. (What, I need deeper reasons? *grin*) More details will become apparent if and when I write further stories in this setting.

Tides by Elizabeth Culmer (edenfalling)
Fandom: Chronicles of Narnia - C. S. Lewis, Naruto
03 Oct 2015
Summary
"Tides" is a Naruto AU series, which currently contains one multi-part fic, one long one-shot, and a few supplemental ficlets. It goes AU from the manga shortly after the timeskip. The basic idea is that Gaara was rescued before his tailed beast was removed, Kakashi wasn't wiped out by the mission, Sakura didn't learn about Sasori's spy, and Team 7 promptly kidnapped Sasuke from Hidden Sound before Orochimaru's plans matured, with no involvement from either Sai or Yamato.
Then things get complicated. *grin*
(Historical note: I wrote the first story on the assumption that Itachi was a villain, though my outlines for the unwritten sequels have been adjusted in an attempt to at least pay lip service to the idea that he's a double agent for Konoha. I still think he is incredibly fucked in the head though, and nobody is ever going to convince me otherwise.)
