The "kids" in question were both sitting in the backseat, minding their own business. Mizuki was too engrossed in some sort of terminal to properly respond, while Highmore had fully opened the window to feel the sea breeze rush past her. Hearing Deepcolor's remark, she turns away from the blowing wind and pouts a little. "I'm far from a child. And he-", which Highmore punctuates with a thumb at Mizuki, "already had a job."
(A regular band of Aegir ride out to the coast for a vacation.)

He shines down, the light filtering through him. He is amused, he is joyful, he is serene. He looks on her, a playful tint in his gaze, and lets out a smile that taunted her with it's nonchalance.
