Ever since they were all children, Bruce had warned against venturing deeper into the Cave. Gotham’s natural subterranean network spanned miles and miles underground, after all—even Bruce didn’t know how far—so all Bruce could do was block off the tunnels in the Cave that led to the deeper, more perilous parts of the sprawl.
But Jason was a grown up now and he could do whatever he wanted.

Prowl has lost faith in the ability of the Autobots to end the Civil War in a timely manner. He takes things into his own servos and summons a demon to enact his more ethically dubious plans, confident in his ability to manage whatever demon may appear without any danger to himself.
Jazz, the demon he summoned, is willing to let him think that, and is going to play along. For now.

Unfortunately for Optimus, they both find out something about him that had been hidden for a while.
AKA Optimus is a reborn Orion Pax, Megatron's beloved Conjunx from a bygone era, who holds host to several of those memories still. Good thing they're stuck in a cave to figure out all these feelings stuff, because otherwise...it'd be super awkward.
