louie knows they’ve been talking about it without him. that they’ve been discussing the pros and cons of telling the adults, that they want to but are too worried. he hates that they know, because he doesn’t want them to walk on eggshells around him.
the adults are starting to get suspicious. they notice how clingy everyone is to louie, and how they won’t let him in a room with the door closed. beakley probably noticed some missing gauze by now.
surprisingly, the adults aren’t told. not even by huey, who can’t lie to save his life. not even by webby, who can’t hold onto a secret for more than a minute.
it’s weird. part of it scares louie, but a majority of him is baffled they’re so willing to do it for him. him, of all ducks.

Summary
An alternate universe where June and May don't exist, Gandra-Dee was never captured by F.O.W.L, Webby was kidnapped by F.O.W.L from her birthday party at the start of 'The Last Adventure' and escaped two years later after being tortured, Bradford and Black Heron get killed by a now much more morally grey Webby, and lots of Webby & others bonding happens.
Most of this series are going to be Webby and others bonding, but there are going to be fics centered around other characters bonding with eachother.
NOTES: All fics besides the main fic 'Promises Kept' are going to be one-shots, there might be a two or three-shot sprinkled in every now and then.

Bradford was irritated. The Scrooge clone Black Heron had made had been kidnapped in the recent raid of the facility. Agent 22 had found their location somehow, and had stolen the child. Now how was he supposed to find the papyrus of binding and end adventures once and for all?
"Bradford," Black Heron said, interrupting Bradford's thinking."What." Bradford answered in a harsh tone. He was not in the mood to deal with Heron, especially since it was her fault for not securing the clone.
"I have another suggestion on how to find the papyrus of binding,"
Now this intrigued Bradford. Another idea? Even if he was mad at Heron for ruining the first plan, Bradford would hear her out.
