Humanity spent years trying to figure out what caused The Fall, but no one could ever find a pattern or trigger. The Fall did not discriminate by race; age; health; wealth, nothing. One day you were fine and the next The Fall struck. Between one moment and the next someone went from living a perfectly ordinary life to their feathers going completely black and falling into a comatose state that they never woke up from.

    And then someone was brought back.

    For the most part people saw Rapture, and Telecus itself as the answer to one of life’s biggest problems and were thankful for it.
