Summary
The second anniversary of the end of the Fourth Shinobi War is upon the residents of Konoha. What better way to celebrate than with a festival and 'How Well You Know Your Partner Competition'? Rock Lee is determined to get Hyuuga Neji to compete with him in the couple's competition and try this 'world class' curry for himself. The only problem?
